Ingredients:

Bottom layer:
1 egg
1 box pudding-style yellow cake mix
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, melted

Middle layer:
12 oz. cream cheese
5 1/2 c. confectioner’s sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs

Topping:
1/4 c. confectioner’s sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix together all the ingredients listed to make the bottom layer and spread in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
3. Mix together the remaining ingredients to make the middle layer and spread over cake mixture.
4. Bake for 35 minutes.
5. Cool and sprinkle with 1/4 c. confectioner’s sugar.
